Return Policy

Exclusively applicable to online purchases


Returns

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of purchase. After this period, we regret that we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to initiate the return.


Refunds & Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming its arrival and the outcome of the review.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed as store credit.
  • If the return qualifies for a full refund—such as in cases of defective merchandise or incorrect items shipped—the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval.

In all other cases, store credit will be issued, redeemable toward future online purchases.


Delayed or Missing Refunds

Refunds typically reflect within 3–5 business days, depending on your financial institution. If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card provider.
  3. Reach out to your bank for processing updates.

Please note: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are final sale and non-refundable.


Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at info@iconictheboutique.com and ship your item to:

Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable, and if a refund is issued, the return shipping fee will be deducted.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
